6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo dropped both a team high and a season-high-tying 24 points during Sunday’s win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Rondo, who spent the 2017-18 year with the Pelicans, notched his second 24-point, 12-assist double-double in the month of March. He shot an efficient 9-for-14 from the floor, even tying his season high with four made triples. As the Lakers attempt to piece together their squad for the final five games of the season, Rondo figures to see an increased offensive role both as a scorer and a passer.--Jesse Borek
