Rajon Rondo Coming Off The Bench In Debut

3 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard Rajon Rondo (adductor) will come off the bench and have a minutes restriction on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers. This makes sense given Rondo has been out with a strained adductor and could easily reaggravate the injury. The Clippers have spoke highly about Rondo given his basketball I.Q. and could carve out a decent role. Rondo's arrival will take some minutes away from Reggie Jackson and could eventually take the starting point guard position. For now, this is a situation to monitor. If Rondo gets extended minutes down the stretch, he would be a good source of assists and steals while always being a triple-double threat as a great rebounding point guard.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
