Rajon Rondo Gets Green Light To Return For Friday’s Game
4 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Rajon Rondo (knee) will get back into the mix for Friday's contest versus the Jazz, ending a six-game absence for what the team has described as right knee maintenance. Rondo figures to reclaim his role as the backup point guard for Trae Young, which figures to bump Brandon Goodwin's minutes down accordingly. The two games that Rondo has appeared in this year have yielded wildly different production, making him a risky DFS option, particularly due to what will likely be a capped minutes total in his first game back. Until he cracks the 20-minute mark on a nightly basis, he can also likely be left on the waiver wire in the vast majority of season-long formats.
