5 years agoDetroit Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson came off the bench in a win over the Nuggets to contribute 20 points, six assists, three rebounds, and two makes from beyond the arc. His role off the bench is a clear indicator that Detroit is remaining cautious with the point guard who missed nearly three months, but he still managed 34 minutes. An eight-point dud aside, Jackson has performed well since returning from injury. The Pistons will lean on him for offense, a responsibility that could grow much larger should the organization trade Derrick Rose before the Feb. 6 trade deadline, or if Rose remains out with the groin injury he suffered in this one.--Daniel Lubofsky - RotoBaller
