5 years agoSacramento Kings power forward Richaun Holmes was a bright spot for his team on Friday night. In the 119-105 loss to the Indiana Pacers, Holmes had 20 points, nine rebounds and one block in 24 minutes of playing time. He hit nine of his 10 shots for a season-high field-goal percentage of 90%. Holmes hasn't logged below 22 minutes or above 36 minutes this month, and it seems he has carved out a role for himself in the Kings plans going forward, even with Marvin Bagley's return from injury. He is averaging 13.7 points and 8.0 rebounds in December and will look to continue his strong string of performances when the Kings take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night.--Euan Leith
