Richaun Holmes Will Miss At Least 2-3 Weeks Due To Injury

4 years agoSacramento Kings power forward/center Richaun Holmes has been ruled to be absent for the next 2-3 weeks as he deals with an injury to his right shoulder joint. His absence will likely pave the way for Marvin Bagley, Dewayne Dedmon and Harry Giles to all see increased minutes over roughly the next month. Holmes has had a breakout 2019-20 campaign, on pace to set new career highs in scoring (13.1), rebounding (8.5) and blocked shots (1.4) on a nightly basis. Owners that can stash Holmes in an IR slot will be able to wait out his recovery, but all others can be best served moving on as the Sacramento frontcourt takes new shape over the next handful of weeks.--Jesse Borek
