Rickie Fowler May Be One To Watch At Charles Schwab
2 years agoRickie Fowler braved the changeable conditions at Southern Hills and endured a wild Sunday ride. In the end, Fowler finished tied for 23rd and shot even-par on Sunday (four birdies, four bogeys). The only concern was that the American golfer never could put together a few holes. Arguably, that might have been the theme of his entire tournament. The key was that Fowler did not come unglued. He did not implode on the course. He showed that resolve at the Wells Fargo too. It is very possible that Fowler improves on his 157th-ranked putting this week and contends at the Charles Schwab.
