3 years agoIt seems like Rickie Fowler has a couple of up tournaments followed by some down ones. Then, this becomes rinse and repeat. He finished in a tie for 8th and 11th at two of the more challenging events on tour (PGA and The Memorial). Then, he misses the cut with a Friday 75 at The Travelers Championship. Consistency has been elusive for Fowler during this pandemic. His around the green short game has been top-ten level but nothing else has. Overall, he is an average golfer ranking near the top 100 in strokes gained. A few missed shots could easily cause him to not see Saturday at Detroit. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
