3 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point guard Ricky Rubio has been shifted into the starting five for Friday's game against Charlotte, taking the place of the injured Darius Garland (ankle). Rubio excelled off the bench in the season opener Wednesday, logging a double-double 25 minutes. Maybe most encouraging for fantasy managers is that Rubio knocked down three triples in that game as well, which could be an indication of an expanded offensive arsenal. He will get a decent DFS bump Friday due to what can be presumed to be a minutes increase, but his ceiling remains capped in the long-term due to the Cavs' desire to help Garland and Collin Sexton grow into their roles as the starting backcourt.--Jesse Borek
