7 years agoUtah Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio played extremely well Sunday versus the New Orleans Pelicans. Rubio scored 30 points, going 10-for-22 from the field, with four of those made shots coming from three-point range. Also in Sunday's outing, Rubio recorded 10 boards and seven assists. In the last seven games including Sunday, Rubio has been on a tear, averaging 16 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.4 assists per contest. The next matchup for the Jazz and Rubio is the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. The Pistons give up the ninth fewest points per game in the NBA, so Rubio may struggle on Tuesday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
