6 years agoUtah Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio will miss his first game of the season Saturday versus the New York Knicks due to lower back and left knee soreness. Rubio took a tumble late in Thursday’s contest, and with Dante Exum cleared to play, the latter could see an uptick in minutes, although Donovan Mitchell could see more time at the point in the absence of Rubio as well. Rubio’s next chance to return to action comes Tuesday against the Toronto Raptors.--Jesse Borek
