RJ Barrett Dazzles Against The Hawks
5 years agoNew York Knicks wingman RJ Barrett had one of the best games of his young career against Atlanta, dropping 27 points on 10 of 13 shooting to go with six rebounds. The 27 points were a career high for Barrett, who also canned two three-pointers in just 28 minutes of action. As is the case with most rookies, Barrett has had his fair share of highs and lows this season. He scored a combined 15 points his previous two games, which came on the heels of a 22-point, 10-rebound outing against Golden State. Interim head coach Mike Miller seems to have breathed new life into the Knicks with a 3-3 record since taking over, and hopefully some of that magic can continue to rub off in the stat sheet for the reigning No. 3 overall pick.
