Robert Covington Goes Off For Season-High 28 Points
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves small/power forward Robert Covington delivered a season-high 28 points during Friday’s defeat versus the Atlanta Hawks. In addition to his effort on the defensive end, Covington got up 20 shots on the offensive end, 13 of which came from deep. He knocked down five threes, which tied his season high. In addition to the scoring, Covington added seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks for a masterful all-around performance. The 28-year-old wing has seen his scoring average increase by three points since the deal from Philadelphia, making him an even more valuable fantasy commodity.
