5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves forward Robert Covington scored 24 points with seven rebounds and six triples in a 133-129 overtime loss to the Sacramento Kings. Covington was extremely efficient in this one, shooting 66.7 percent from the field and 60 percent from the arc en route to a season-high 24 points. He's averaged 13.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.6 triples, and 2.1 steals in January and has looked like his old self. Covington will next play against the Clippers on Saturday, who stifled him in their most recent meeting.--Tim Capurso
