4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers shooting guard/small forward Rodney Hood (Achilles) will play in Wednesday's season opener, but will also face a minutes restriction as he works his way back from a torn Achilles. Hood started all 21 games that he appeared in with Portland last season, but will likely help key the second unit offensively to begin 2020-21. Having shot a career-high 49.3 percent from long range prior to the injury last year, Hood could have some season-long appeal in category leagues, even with stunted minutes. Until the minutes cap comes off though, DFS managers may want to look elsewhere.--Jesse Borek
