7 years agoComing off a dominating performance at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, a three shot victory over Bryson DeChambeu, Rory McIlroy had a bit of a let down today after losing to Peter Uihlein 2 & 1 in his WGC Dell Match Play opening match. The road doesn't get much easier for McIlroy, who will next face Jhonattan Vegas playing on his home turf, and then Brian Harman. McIlroy is in great form, especially his putting, and has had success here in the past with a win and a runner-up finish so he can't be counted out just yet. Though the road got a lot more difficult today.--cmangano
