Royce O'Neale Will Miss Second Straight Outing
3 years agoUtah Jazz power forward Royce O'Neale (foot/ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Portland, his second consecutive absence due to a sprained right foot/ankle. Joe Ingles shifted into the starting five in place of O'Neale on Saturday, while Rudy Gay received 23 minutes off the bench; both players stand to see elevated DFS roles for as long as O'Neale is unavailable. When healthy, the 28-year-old is on pace to average a new career best in scoring with 7.6 points per contest, fueled by a career-high 6.1 field-goal attempts on a nightly basis. His next chance to take the floor comes Friday vs. the Celtics.
