3 years agoFree-agent forward Rudy Gay has agreed to the terms of a two-year, $12.1 million deal to join the Jazz. While the veteran is well past his prime, he was still a solid contributor for the Spurs throughout his four seasons in San Antonio, averaging 11.4 points in only 21.6 minutes per game during his final year with the franchise. His production may be similar in Utah as he will likely remain as a bench option for his new club, potentially backing up Royce O'Neale throughout the season.
