7 years agoSan Antonio Spurs small forward Rudy Gay performed well Sunday versus the Houston Rockets. Gay scored 21 points going 9-for-13 from the field and 3-for-5 from the free throw line. In the contest, Gay also performed well defensively getting two steals and a block. Since March third, Gay has given decent production coming off the bench with 10.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per outing. The next opponent for the Spurs and Gay is the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday. The Clippers give up the 14th most points per 100 possessions, so Gay will probably not have the same production he did on Sunday.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
