7 years agoSan Antonio Spurs small forward Rudy Gay put up another excellent line in a 13-point win over the Sacramento Kings. Gay was super efficient, getting 18 points on only nine shots while connecting on eight of his nine attempts at the charity stripe. Gay did not make any from downtown but added a steal and a block and took care of the ball by only coughing it up once. Gay has been great at the offensive end in his last five games by averaging 16.4 points a night while connecting on 56.1 percent from the floor during that span. The Spurs have the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday. If Gay does play, he could be in for a good night.--Gianni Costantiello
