6 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert posted his league-leading 17th double-double Wednesday against the Sacramento Kings. Gobert finished the contest with 13 points on 4-for-7 shooting, 15 rebounds and two blocks in 35 minutes. Gobert is averaging a career-high in points, rebounds, steals and field-goal percentage this season as he dominates the paint as Utah's defensive anchor. Gobert is one of the few remaining "traditional" centers as typical centers now move towards the three-point line. However, Gobert has actually seen an increase in production as he goes against the smaller, quicker centers across the league. His lack of assists and poor free throw percentage are the only blemishes in Gobert's fantasy game.
