7 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert had a nice final night of the regular season on Wednesday, as he grabbed his 31st double-double in a 102-93 loss to Portland with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Thirty one double-doubles isn't a lot, but you have to consider the fact that the big Frenchman played only 58 games. He was a double-double machine when healthy, especially near the end of the regular season, recording one in all but eight games since the start of February. Gobert will have a fascinating battle with Steven Adams in the first round of the playoffs, with both likely keeping each other's rebounding numbers down.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
