5 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert defended Houston Rockets guard Russell Westbrook at times on Saturday night, and it led to a strange box score for the big man from France. In a 120-110 loss to the Rockets, Gobert recorded 12 points on seven shots attempts, six rebounds, and two blocks in 34 minutes. The six rebounds tied a season-low for the two-time Defensive Player of the Year, and it was the first time since Dec. 29 that Gobert didn't have at least 10 rebounds in a game. The Jazz played some zone defense on the Rockets, and it led to a less than stellar night for their All-Star center. Fantasy owners will be hoping that this was a one-game experiment and that Gobert can get back on track on Monday against the Phoenix Suns.--Euan Leith
