Rudy Gobert Only Takes Five Shots In 37 Minutes
5 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert got to the free-throw line eight times on Monday and made seven of his attempts, but that was about the only good thing for the All-Star. In a 131-111 loss to the Phoenix Suns, Gobert finished the night with 13 points on 3-for-5 shooting, eight rebounds, two assists, one block, and one steal in 37 minutes. Five shots are not enough for a player like Gobert. He only averages 8.6 attempts per game on the season, but fantasy owners need him to get those 8.6 shots to remain among the elite options at the center position. It also didn't help that he was held below 10 rebounds in two-straight games for the first time since October. The Frenchman will look to get back on track against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
