6 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert continued his strong start to the season with a stellar performance Sunday night versus the Dallas Mavericks. Gobert scored 23 points going nine of thirteen from the floor and five of six from the free-throw line. Also in the outing, Sunday Gobert recorded 16 boards, three blocks, and two steals. On the season Gobert is averaging 17.6 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks a contest. The Minnesota Timberwolves are next up for Gobert and the Jazz on Wednesday night. Gobert will be primarily going up against Timberwolves center Karl Anthony-Towns so Gobert may not have as strong of a performance Wednesday as he has so far this season.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
