5 years agoUtah Jazz center Rudy Gobert held his own in the battle of the bigs on Wednesday in his tilt against Joel Embiid and the 76ers. Gobert scored 14 points on 4-for-8 shooting from the floor and made six of eight at the line to go along with 16 rebounds, three assists, three steals and a block in 36 minutes of action. Gobert looks to be trending in the right direction for owners after a sluggish start but is still averaging just one block a night so far. It is a long season and we know he will regain his timing when it comes to swatting shots, so hang in there owners.--Gianni Costantiello
