3 years agoWashington Wizards power forward/center Rui Hachimura has tested out of the league's health and safety protocols, but he will be sidelined for Wednesday's game against Houston. Hachimura is yet to make his season debut, but a return is on the horizon for the third-year forward. Having delivered nearly identical numbers over his first two professional seasons, Hachimura has put up 13.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per outing. Washington figures to acclimate the No. 9 overall pick from the 2019 NBA Draft somewhat slowly, but he stands to be a sizable presence among the team's second unit when up to game speed.--Jesse Borek
