Russell Westbrook Comes Up Big In Win Over Portland
4 years agoWashington Wizards guard Russell Westbrook posted a triple-double in Saturday's win over the Portland Trail Blazers, scoring 27 points on 11-for-17 shooting and also adding in 13 assists and 11 rebounds. While he did turn the ball over seven times, Westbrook had a positive plus/minus and was a big part of the surprise victory. On Monday, he'll face the Los Angeles Lakers, who allow the second-fewest points and 16th-most assists per game in the NBA. What should we make of that when it comes to projecting Westbrook? Considering he's averaging under 20 points per game for the first time since the 2009-10 season, we'd go ahead and go a little light on him in terms of DFS roster rate.
