4 years agoWashington Wizards guard Russell Westbrook scored 26 points with 14 rebounds, five assists, and a steal in Saturday's loss to the Mavericks. Westbrook cut down on the turnovers- four compared to nine in his previous game- though his struggles from three-point range continued, as he missed on all three attempts. Westbrook has stepped up in the absence of Bradley Beal (hip), with four triple-doubles and a double-double in his last five games. Up next is a Monday matchup with the Raptors, who surrendered a 23-7-6 line to him in their first meeting.--Tim Capurso
