6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook stepped up with Paul George sidelined to record 40 points which included 15 in the first quarter in the win over the Suns on Friday. Westbrook finished the night connecting on 17 of 29 shots with three triples while dishing out eight assists with 12 rebounds as we saw flashes of the old Westbrook who saw his usage spike up to 38.0 on the night. It is crazy that he is averaging a triple-double once again this season, the man is a beast.--Gianni Costantiello
