7 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook played very well Saturday night versus the San Antonio Spurs. Westbrook scored 21 points, shooting 7-for-15 from the floor and 7-for-11 from the free throw line. In the contest, Westbrook also had 12 boards and 10 assists. This was the sixth straight outing for Westbrook scoring at least 20 points. During this span, Westbrook is averaging 30.5 points per game. Next up for Westbrook and the Thunder is the Sacramento Kings on Monday. In the matchup against the Kings, Westbrook will primarily be guarded by De'Aaron Fox. Fox has the sixth worst defensive real plus-minus for point guards in the league, so Westbrook should have another strong performance.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
