6 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook had a quiet night by his standards Wednesday versus the New Orleans Pelicans, finishing with 20 points, seven assists and six rebounds across 38 minutes. Westbrook accumulated seven turnovers, his second highest total of the season. He had the chance to win the game late, before ultimately deferring the final look to teammate Alex Abrines, which came up short. His next match-up comes Friday against the Denver Nuggets, whom Westbrook dropped a triple-double against back on Nov. 24 despite boasting one of the best defenses in the league.--Jesse Borek
