2 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Russell Westbrook stepped up with LeBron James (abdominal) out once again, pouring in 27 points in Thursday's loss to Oklahoma City. Westbrook led the team in shot attempts with 23 and was efficient as he made 10 of them, adding three of six shooting from three while draining all four free-throws. The star guard could see an enormous workload on offense with James out for the next week and Anthony Davis (thumb) also banged up. Westbrook has averaged 15.6 shot attempts per game this season with James in the lineup, compared to 22.7 per contest when he's out. He'll be a strong start in all formats this week.--Tim Capurso
