5 years agoHouston Rockets guard Russell Westbrook returned from a one-game absence to pour in 39 points, in the one-point loss to the Jazz on Sunday. Westbrook connected on 18 of 33 shooting overall, and added six rebounds with four assists to go along with a steal and a block across 38 minutes of action. Westbrook did commit three turnovers and was a plus-4 on the night. Westbrook as been has seemed to found his place in the Rockets offense and is averaging 34.0 points on 51.7% shooting in three games in the month of February.--Gianni Costantiello
