5 years agoHouston Rockets guard Russell Westbrook put up 34 points but committed seven turnovers in the 113-92 loss to his former squad. Westbrook connected on an efficient 14 of 26 shooting overall, but his supporting numbers were nothing special as he added just five assists with only two rebounds and zero defensive numbers. The Thunder crowd offered a warm return for their former franchise cornerstone and he was in attack mode for much of the night, although the result was not to his desire. Westbrook will look to keep it going on Saturday when his club takes on the Timberwolves.--Gianni Costantiello
