5 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Russell Westbrook slowed down in Sunday's matchup with the Pelicans, scoring 22 points on lowly 9-for-24 shooting. It was a disappointing start to February after Russ dropped at least 30 points nine times in 11 games last month. His Sunday's line also included seven assists, six rebounds, and one steal. Bouncing back straight away might not be easy for Westbrook either, as the Rockets face Charlotte next. The Hornets are a poor defensive team, but they are actually tied with Boston for the league's best defensive record against point guards, allowing only 20.8 points per 48 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
