7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun has been forced out of the lineup Wednesday due to his calf injury flaring up. Indications are that Braun was due to be in the lineup for a second straight day had it not been for the injury. This will be the third day in four games that Braun has sat. In 2018, Braun is hitting just .200 with three home runs. With Christian Yelich back, there is suddenly an over-crowding in the Milwaukee outfield once again. If Braun does not begin performing better soon, he could find himself on the bench more often, even when healthy.--Ben Rolfe
