7 years agoTampa Bay Rays stating pitcher Ryan Yarbrough will play a part in the Rays latest experiment. With the Los Angeles Angels having a right-handed heavy top of the lineup, the Rays will start Sergio Romo and hope he can negate the right-handed hitters early. Yarbrough will then enter the game and hope to bridge the gap through to the rest of the bullpen. Yarbrough actually becomes an interesting fantasy option on Saturday, as his outing will not count as a start in a league with a starts limit. Yarbrough has a 3.93 ERA and 31 strikeouts in 34 1/3 innings this season, so he does have upside in this outing.--Ben Rolfe
