4 years agoDetroit Pistons power forward Saddiq Bey was close to a double-double in Monday's victory over the Hawks, notching 11 points and eight rebounds with 3-for-7 shooting. All of his makes came from downtown with six attempts, and he had a 2-for-2 record at the free-throw line. Bey also recorded one assist, one steal and one block in 24 minutes. The rookie from Villanova is an intriguing development project for the Pistons, and he's shown very good potential throughout the campaign. Bey's shot hasn't dropped very well in recent games, but he has a few 20-point outbursts this month and can close out the month in a favorable spot against the Mavericks, who give up 22.6 points per 48 minutes to opposing power forwards.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
