Sam Burns Has That "Favorites Look" For Scottish Open
2 years agoSam Burns is ranked ninth in the world for a reason. The American golfer did struggle at the Travelers but before that, he has played rather well since March. Consider that he won the Valspar and the Charles Schwab tournaments. He nearly won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans as well. When his form is on, Burns is on. When Burns is off, there are problems like the weekend at the US Open and yes the Masters too. He is one of the better putters gaining 0.58 strokes overall and more than a stroke from tee-to-green. That ranks him 8th among golfers for strokes gained total. Simply, Burns expects to be that factor this weekend.
