3 years agoSam Burns has had a rough time of it the past month or so. In three tournaments, he withdrew, barely finished 50th, and missed the cut at the US Open. Majors are rough and Burns learned some rough lessons. Even The Memorial has its challenges. One thing was clear. The golfer just was not prepared for what he was about to face. Around the green was the biggest problem for Burns once again as his short-game left him so many times. This week at the Travelers should be a hair easier.
