6 years agoWashington Wizards small/power forward Sam Dekker will be inactive for Wednesday’s matchup versus the Orlando Magic due to a back injury. Dekker had averaged 14.7 minutes over a recent stretch of four games, but will miss his second consecutive game Wednesday, allowing Jeff Green and Jabari Parker to likely snag a few extra minutes. Dekker has appeared in 31 games off the bench for Washington this season and averaged 6.3 points per game while scraping for minutes. His next chance to return comes Friday against the Charlotte Hornets.--Jesse Borek
