6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Scott Heineman (left shoulder) has been activated off the disabled list at Triple-A. The injury has prevented Heineman from being considered as a potential call-up these last couple of week. Heineman has had a good season at Triple-A, with a .292 batting average, seven home runs and 15 stolen bases in 382 plate appearances. Heineman is likely now next in line if the Rangers need to add outfield depth and should at least see some time in the majors when rosters expand in September. However, it is unlikely Heineman plays regularly if called up and that somewhat limits his fantasy value.--Ben Rolfe
