4 years agoLA Clippers center Serge Ibaka (back) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Hornets, although head coach Ty Lue said that he was hopeful to have Ibaka back for Friday's matchup versus Houston. Ibaka has not appeared since March 14 due to the ailment, paving the way for Ivica Zubac to take on an elevated role in the frontcourt. Prior to going down, Ibaka had scored in double figures in four of his last seven games, notching double-doubles in two of those outings. Fantasy managers can operate under the assumption of him returning Friday, but he cannot yet be relied upon as a fantasy asset due to his likely heavily-capped minutes total.--Jesse Borek
