5 years agoToronto Raptors power forward/center Serge Ibaka exceeded the 20-point plateau for the third consecutive game during Friday’s win over the Detroit Pistons, the first time this season that he has reached that mark. With Marc Gasol (hamstring) out of the equation, Ibaka stepped into the starting five and logged 21 points, six rebounds and three assists across 29 minutes; even his season-high five turnovers did little to dampen what was a solid showing. Opposing centers have feasted against the Bulls this season, which could serve to benefit Ibaka should Gasol remain unavailable when the two teams square off Sunday.--Jesse Borek
