3 years agoSergio Garcia is traditionally a staple when the scene shifts to match play. He has three top-40 results in three tournaments played in North America in 2022. With golfers like Collin Morikawa and even Robert MacIntyre not in the greatest of form, Garcia could author just enough results to get out of the round robin. After that, one never knows. Match play is a different animal after all. Off the tee (4th in strokes gained) and putting (27th) have been what Garcia has excelled at this year so far.
