Sergio Garcia Set To Attack Riviera
4 years agoSergio Garcia is set to make his 14th start at Riviera, where he has made the cut in 11 of his 13 starts. He has seven top-25 finishes at Riviera but has not notched a top-30 finish since 2015. His distance off the tee will give him an advantage, but he needs to improve on his fairway accuracy, which is currently under 60 percent. Garcia has been accurate with his approach shots, ranking 37th in greens-in-regulation percentage. However, he has not been great with the flat stick when he reaches the green. He ranks 164th in three-putt avoidance and 179th in strokes gained while putting. Garcia has posted some solid results at Riviera in the past, but he is not the most attractive DFS play this week.
