7 years agoTampa Bay Rays relief pitcher Sergio Romo may start three games this weekend. The Rays will face off with right-handed heavy Baltimore. Romo started twice last weekend, against the similarly right-handed dominant Angels with good success. In 2 1/3 innings Romo had six strikeouts, two walks and zero earned runs. Unfortunately, this role has no fantasy relevance for Romo, outside of strikeouts. With it likely he pitches three days running, he will not go much more than an innings in each outing. This role negates any results based stats for Romo, be they wins, holds or saves.--Ben Rolfe
