6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander delivered one of the better performances of his rookie season during Wednesday’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. He finished with 12 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals, turning the ball over just once. Gilgeous-Alexander has taken remarkable care of the ball over his last four games, totaling just three turnovers in 102 minutes, which shows why head coach Doc Rivers has felt so comfortable turning over the reins to the 20-year-old. Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging nearly double the rebounds and assists per game at home as opposed to on the road this season, which makes Saturday's home date versus Miami an appealing play.--Jesse Borek
