3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers guard Shake Milton (ankle) will not play during Wednesday's opener against the Pelicans. This isn't a surprise, primarily since a right ankle sprain has plagued him since the preseason. With Ben Simmons (suspension) also not in the equation after getting thrown out of practice on Tuesday, Philly will be short-handed in the backcourt. As a result, Tyrese Maxey could be in store for more minutes than initially expected.
